EFA U15 Team Qualifies for National Championship
Our U15 team has secured their spot in the National Youth Championship after an impressive unbeaten run this season. The team's dedication, discipline, and tactical execution have been nothing short of remarkable.
Under the guidance of Head Coach Liam O'Connor, the squad has developed a distinctive playing style characterized by high pressing, quick transitions, and clinical finishing. Their 4-1 victory over Central Youth in the qualification decider was a masterclass in controlled aggression.
Captain James Rodriguez led by example, scoring twice and providing an assist. The midfield trio of Ethan Chen, Marcus Webb, and Samuel Torres dominated possession, while the defensive line, marshaled by Alex Petrov, remained resolute throughout.
The National Championship will be held in July, and the team will face the best youth academies from across the country. Preparation camps and friendly matches are being scheduled to ensure the squad is in peak condition.
Director of Coaching Carlos Mendez expressed his pride: 'This qualification is a testament to the hard work of our players and coaching staff. We are not just going to participate — we are going to compete for the title.'
The academy community is invited to show their support as the team embarks on this exciting journey. Further details about match schedules and ticketing will be announced shortly.
